All shipments within EU Countries and outside the EU are charge according to the tariffs of the transport company.

Shipments destined for countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes and accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise. All import duties and taxes in that event, they will be paid by the Customer.

DEZAINIT.COM does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are received in our warehouse. The full price will be deducted the same day on which the order is placed, despite the shipment date.

DEZAINIT.COM cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of DEZAINIT.COM.

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from DEZAINIT.COM specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.

In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or DEZAINIT.COM.

Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery.

If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for by an unknown party or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact DEZAINIT.COM at info@dezainit.com.

When there is a reception desk or doorperson present at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the on-duty personnel.

If the package or the items are damaged or if an item shown in the delivery note is missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.

Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise, and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by DEZAINIT.COM within 10 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise, the claim will not be accepted.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the DEZAINIT.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to our warehouse at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to EU. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

  1. Order Cancellation and product return
    • 1.1.The Customer has the right after paying for the product, but before product delivery, to cancel the order by sending a corresponding message to DEZAINIT e-mail address concierge@dezainit.com. The message should note the reason for cancellation, order number, Customer’s name and bank account number.
    • 1.2.Pre-payments already paid to DEZAINIT will be returned within 30 days from the acceptance of the application from DEZAINIT.
    • 1.3.After receiving the product the Customer has the right to return the product within 14 days. If for some reason the Customer is not satisfied with the purchased product, they have the right to return it in 14 days time by sending a corresponding message to concierge@dezainit.com. The message should note the reason for cancellation, order number, Customer’s name and bank account number. The customer have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
    • 1.4.The transportation fees when returning a product will be paid by DEZAINIT only if:
      • 1.4.1.Items damaged during transportation or if there are deficiencies or damage to the product which were not visible upon visual inspection 
      • 1.4.2.The products is not according to specifications
    • 1.5.DEZAINIT reserves the right to not cancel the Customer’s order and accept a returned product if products were ordered in accordance with Customer’s personal specifications, custom-made according to conditions set out by the Customer or made to order according to the Customer Order.
    • 1.6.If the returned product is not in original packaging, is damaged or repacked, DEZAINIT reserves the right to adjust the value of the compensation. Should the Customer not agree with the amount of deduction, he or she has the right to involve an independent expert to determine the amount of product’s compensation.
    • 1.7.DEZAINIT reserves the right to cancel the Customer’s order if:
      • 1.7.1.The Customer has not made a pre-payment as indicated in the order confirmation.
      • 1.7.2.The Customer has an outstanding debt to DEZAINIT.
      • 1.7.3.The manufacturer of the product is not able or willing to fulfill the Customer’s order.
    • 1.8.The cancellation right set out in this section 4 does not apply to: (a) sealed products unsealed by you following delivery, where return of such products is unsuitable due to health protection or hygiene reasons; (b) products which are made to your order specifications or clearly personalized; or (c) products which have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
  2. Warranty and Product returns under warranty,
    • 2.1.DEZAINIT is responsible for all inconsistencies and defects, which appear in 2 years time and is responsible for reimbursements of the costs.
    • 2.2.The Customer has the right to claim a refund within 2 years starting from the moment of product acceptance.
    • 2.3.DEZAINIT is not responsible for:
      • 2.3.1.Damage or degradation of the product caused by the Customer.
      • 2.3.2.Defects caused by inappropriate use of the product.
      • 2.3.3.Normal physical wearing caused by the normal usage.
    • 2.4.Should the product be defective or not meet the DEZAINIT specification, the Customer has the right to demand the product to be replaced with the product meeting the specifications and free of defects, or revoke the order and return the product not meeting the specifications to DEZAINIT.
    • 2.5.In addition to points 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4, the Customer has additional rights attributed by Consumer Protection Act.
